Who we are

ez-pz ("we", "us") builds and hosts digital menu websites for restaurants and cafés. This policy explains what information ez-pz.me collects from visitors and how it's used. ez-pz is based in Montenegro.

Information we collect

This site has no contact form and collects nothing from you directly. If you choose to contact us over WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you send: typically your name, your restaurant name, your phone number or email address, and your message.

Simply visiting the site also shares some technical information with the services that help us run it: your IP address and browser details reach our hosting provider and Google, whose fonts this page loads (see "Who processes your data" below).

How we use it

We use the details you send us only to reply to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up and manage your menu site.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who processes your data

Our hosting provider serves this website. It stores no information you submit, because the site has no form and no backend to submit anything to.

If you contact us over WhatsApp, your message passes through WhatsApp and is handled under their own privacy terms, not ours. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.

Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this page. Loading a font file sends the visitor's IP address and browser information directly to Google's servers.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or any other third-party service.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not track visitors across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and delete them once the matter is resolved unless we're actively working with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@ez-pz.me.

Your rights

Under Montenegro's data protection law, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ez-pz.me.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
